We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as traffic, distance between delivery locations, etc. If we ever find ourselves unable to deliver in the time estimated, you’ll be the first to know either by phone or email or same can be tracked online on our website. Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours days in advance.

However if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities or out of stock, we will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.
