Return & Refund
To request a refund Go whitesta.com and click on Support and Contact on given no or Write an Email with all Details
Select the order number of the product you want to refund with all details that are Present in your Account.
Note : In case you have received a defective, damaged, or 'not-as-described' product, you can call or drop in a mail within 2 days from delivery of your product and refund will be processed with in 7 days of the product purchased.
Click the link to Request a refund. A Refund Request Form displays.
Select a refund reason from the drop-down menu and please add details about your reason for the refund request.
Select Request Refund.
An automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account.
Once we review the request, we will initiate the Refund into the Same Account from which the Payment was made for the Order. If the Order was COD the you Can Send your Account Details on Email info@whitesta.com or Call us on our Customer Care No 9813468886 with Order No and we will do the Bank Transfer after return Approval.
